Nicholas Rheubottom

Nicholas Rheubottom is a strategic consultant working in affordable housing, governance design, and public-interest initiatives through his firm, 4Sight Advisory. He has worked with for-profit, non-profit, and public sector organizations on grant development and funding strategy, supporting access to government and institutional funding across municipal, provincial, and federal programs.

He works across policy, funding, and project delivery, collaborating with government, non-profit organizations, Indigenous partners, industry stakeholders, and public-sector agencies. His focus is on making complex ideas workable within an organization’s capacity and governance structure.

While senior housing does overlap with his affordable housing work, Nicholas’ interest in serving on the Edmonton Pride Seniors Group board is a personal one. He values the role 2SLGBTQIA+ seniors play in his community and the importance of intergenerational connection, viewing these relationships as essential to knowledge transfer, continuity, and community resilience. Nicholas sees his involvement on the EPSG board as a way to support spaces and initiatives that strengthen those connections.
